Hello,
I just became an expert on this app and I found that the fan only runs at 90% even when the system is off. I know the reason is with the thermostat because when the fan was running I took off the thermostat and it stopped but when I turned it back on the fan was turning.
My thermostat works fine with model number: TH811OU1003.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

updateThank you for your prompt reply. Yes, I tried different methods: Auto, On and Circulate, but the problem persists. Now I turn on the auto and turn off the heat and AC, but the fan is still on.
Look at the touch screen, see where the box labeled FAN is located on the left.
Auto or ON will be written just below it. If enabled, you need to set it to automatic.

I have the same problem. I have had a thermostat for 5 years. It was installed when Ontario installed awesome materials for maximum savings. That was a few months ago. I tore it off the wall and put it back on and it healed on its own. I have done this many times. Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be the case anymore. It continues all the time until you move it forward. But there is no way to turn it off automatically, whether the system is on or off, hot or cold.
So is mine I followed the AC to AC cycle program. When the utility turns off our air conditioner, the thermostat works as if it has been reset and the fan has been turned on. The thermostat had to be removed to turn off the fan. Everything works fine with normal AC. Ideas ??? It's hard to be upset when your device always restarts.
This is the wrong wire in the thermostat, if not manually, then this is a new thermostat with instructions!
